Orders - Shipping & Tracking

Your parcel will reach you within 14 days from the day of the order placement. However, the order might take a bit longer to reach you, because of the current pandemic guidelines.

We take strict measures to ensure a hygienic environment wherein your order is dispatched from.

The tracking option for your order will be enabled after it is dispatched. You can then find it next to your order and track the shipment.

Since the customer is required to send to us the item of return, the time taken for the entire process varies respectively and lies anywhere between 14-28 days which gives us time to inspect the returned item and proceed accordingly.

You will receive a notification from us saying that your order has successfully been placed. Do not worry.

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. You will not be able to cancel the order once it is dispatched, as the cancel option would be disabled for that order.

Payment

You can seamlessly pay for your order through UPI or bank transfer or any of our website approved payment methods.

The Cash on Delivery option is currently suspended due to the endemic situation for safety purposes.

The shipping charges vary according to the location in which the delivery takes place and in accordance with the location of our Logistics Delivery partner.

Return / Exchange Policy

If the 360° unboxing video submitted by you in quest of the return is valid, one of our customer service executives will get in touch with you to take you through the return process. Place the item you would like to return in its original packing and ship it to our address. We will inspect the same and inform you of further details.
